Leasing Overview

Computer systems are constantly changing and as your business changes, your computing needs may change. Leasing offeres a hassle free equipment ownership experience. You can also buy off the equipment, if you wish.

Warranty & Optional On-Site Support

Our Standard Warranty is for three years on all products. This includes telephone support on hardware & software issues, together with Remote Access diagnosis and repair. Should there be a hardware fault then we offer a 'Collect & Return' service for your faulty item. This is generally on a 72 hour turnaround and is inclusive of all parts, labour and transportation. We will provide a loan Mac or PC should the repair time extend.

AT ADDITIONAL COST WE CAN UPGRADE THE WARRANTY TO AN ON SITE RESPONSE. This offers an engineer on a next business day basis throughout the UK from our appointed network of Apple Approved Service Centres. Additionally the Engineer will replace the faulty Mac with a loan computer should yours need to be removed for repair at the workshop. Alternatively you can insist on a loan unit being delivered the next day and your faulty computer taken away at the same time. This service applies to all Apple laptop and desktop products.

Quer do also offer a Business Critical support option as well that reduces the on site response time to maximum of eight hours and also includes best endeavour data recovery and data transfer. Please contact us for pricing on this.

Insurance

Quer in association with the leading insurers Burnett’s (www.burnett.co.uk) can optionally include a comprehensive three year policy against theft, loss and accidental damage to your lease. Backed by AXA this policy carries zero policy excess and provides swift replacement & repair on a value for value basis.

Though all equipment is covered by us for hardware failure under our three year warranty, you will need to cover the equipment for Insurance against theft/loss/accidental damage. It is a condition of the lease that the equipment is Insured.

You maybe asked for proof of insurance and if you are unable to do this we may invoke Cover; and you will be charged for this as part of your monthly payments. This will be refunded if you can subsequently show that the equipment is covered.
